I think it's fine to keep chapter 1 as part animatic. It adds to the charm.

Gosh dammit... why the HECK are they so adorable??? You're suddenly making me feel nostalgic about the PPGs, and I got to say... this art style is a huge, huge, HUGE improvement on the initial visuals we got from the show. And that part with Brick's "backstory" made me want to laugh a little – seriously? A "family rift"? He's pretty fricking lucky that Robin is so innocent, and kind... though this scheme of his is no doubt going to backfire. In the best possible way 😆
