Are all your products made/shipped from you?

I collaborate with trusted partners for certain items, such as our apparel products, which are Printful dropships. This allows me to offer a wider range of products and designs while maintaining quality and service standards. Please visit the product page to check whether the items are dropshipped or handmade by me.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

All orders are considered final upon checkout. However, for stickers and keychains, which are mailed/shipped from my house, I might be able to make the adjustments. Please contact me via email at as soon as possible so I can correct it before your order ships.

Can I request a refund or return for items I've purchased from your store?

Due to the high production and shipping costs, I can only process refunds or returns in cases where an error or fault on my part has occurred. Please feel free to contact me with details of the issue, and I will do my best to assist you.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you notice any problem with your order, Please send an email to, attaching images of all the items you have received, and we can discuss the next steps to address this. After inspection of your claim, a partial/full refund or replacement can be given.

Who is responsible for paying custom taxes on international orders?

Customers are responsible for paying customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders. 

I entered the wrong address for my order. How can I correct my address? Can I get a refund?

If your order is still being packed, please email to correct your address before shipping begins. However, if your order has already been shipped out, the shop will not be held responsible for any lost or missing order due to incorrect addresses. 

Refunds are only granted to incorrect or damaged items that have passed the claim inspection. 


Please always double-check your address before checking out.

Are you going to sell other items such as standiees/enamel pins in the future?

Pre-Order Info

All the items with [PREORDER] in the title are pre-order items and shipped from my house.

Why some of the products are pre-order items?

I'm opening my shop for the first time and want to gauge interest in my products without overspending upfront. I would like to take time to make these items perfect, and I want every customer to feel satisfied with them.

How long will the preorder sale last?

The preorder sale will be available until October 15th. After this date, the preorder promotion will come to a close. But you can still purchase the items since I am going to order more items for people who missed the preorder sales.

Are you going to sell these preorder items after the preorder sale has ended?

Yes, I do plan to continue selling these items after the preorder sale has concluded. However, it's important to note that after the preorder period, the items will be available at their regular prices.

Can I preorder multiple items and still receive the discount on each of them?

Absolutely! You can preorder as many items as you like during the preorder sale, and the 5% discount will apply to each eligible item. It's a great way to save on multiple products if you're interested in more than one from our collection.

When can I expect to receive my preorder items?

I aim to ship out the preorder items as soon as they arrive at my house. Rest assured, I will keep you updated on the progress of your order. You can expect regular updates through my Instagram page/stories/broadcast channel and email notifications to keep you informed about the shipping and delivery process.

Where are you shipping from?

The items I mailed from my house are shipped from Saitama, Japan.

How are orders shipped, and can I upgrade to a tracked shipping option?

For stickers-only mail, I use an untracked airmail with an envelope worldwide. You can purchase a tracked mail option from here.
It will take around a week upon delivery.

For the orders with keychains, I send them in a cardboard box/ bubble envelope with untracked airmail, except for customers in the US, UK, Canada, and France. You can purchase a tracked mail option from here.

All the orders containing keychains to the US, UK, Canada, and France will shipped via untracked sail mail. It will take up to 2~3 months to deliver. Customers who are living in these countries and need the tracking number must purchase the express priority airmail option. This is because these four countries do not offer normal/affordable airmail shipping options at the current time.


If the post office in Japan brings back cheaper shipping options in the future, I will adjust the shipping price as soon as possible.

All the items shipped from Printful have the tracking number, and you will get the number in your confirmation email.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

If you order items fulfilled by Printful, you get the tracking number. If you order items shipped from my house and you didn't purchase the tracking option, you need to wait from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the destination.

Due to ongoing logistic disruptions caused by COVID-19, some orders might take longer to arrive. If you think your order is lost in the mail, contact me at so we can try tracking it.
